Facial Disagreement.
My colleague who took this picture said "I nailed it first time, don't need another". OK. Not sure my face agrees.
Anyway, this is where I spent much of today. We've got a lot of very happy and supportive customers here, and they keep dropping by and contributing to conversations with potential new customers. This is incredibly helpful. Cops instinctively distrust businesses, but when other cops tell them something works for them that carried real weight.
The conference I'm at is just across the street from an incident where four people were shot. I walked through "The Hub" food court where the shootings took place yesterday! The training session we were running was put into "active shooter lockdown", and some of the officers we were training were armed so moved to sit beside the door "just in case". I felt pretty safe since there are over 1,600 law enforcement officers at this event, many of them armed, and we were a LONG way from any entrance...
As a Scot, being in a lockdown for an active shooter is not an experience I expected to have in my life... I guess I just had my horizons expanded.
