It was a very low tide on the River Deben this morning as we walked from Melton to Woodbridge.   We watched the Egret for a while as he was taking advantage of the muddy conditions to catch his lunch.
The same can't be said for us as both cafes along the way are closed on Wednesdays, so we came home and enjoyed home made vegetable soup, cheese scones and Victoria sponge.
