29 minutes, 18 seconds.  20 seconds off my record but I find it amazing how I have managed to shave 7 minutes off my climb since the beginning of April!  And shed 2 stone!!!

I got a call from the surgery today to confirm I have Level 2 osteoarthritis at the base of my thumbs, so it's not tendonitis after all.  Not the news I wanted and it's got me down a bit.  At least tendonitis can get better.  Apparently there are 4 levels and given the pain and weakness I have already, I hate to think what level 4 is like!

Painting won't be helping!!!  I have done all the big bits now, so the rest will be easier...  famous last words!
