Special Spot

This red-bellied woodpecker grabs a peanut from the crook of the limb on the big maple tree (where I put three handfuls every afternoon) and hops up the limb to his special spot. He sticks the peanut in the little hole and then hammers on it. Then he goes and gets another and repeats the process.
