Birthday treats

The sun shone on us for Robs birthday!
He started the day with a few well received presents!
Then we went to the wonderful David Austin Rose Gardens. They are in perfect flower this week, with the bushes just covered in blooms. It couldn’t have been better! Barbara kindly insisted on buying me a rose for my  birthday !
We took Bonnie home for her tea, before going back to Shrewsbury for a birthday supper with David and Maureen, at their local pub. It was really very good! David and Barbara had a good chat about relatives, and Bonnie got some more treats. She really does enjoy pub visits now!
