Wild Orchid
Another late blip, another photographic meetup, this time my second camera club got together at Greystones Farm Nature Reserve in Bourton-on-the-Water. And another pint of Guinness afterwards.
There were lots of these wild orchids on display, even more buttercups.
In the extra I discovered one reason why the fat balls are disappearing so quickly these days - we have a woodpecker. These shots also explain why my main blip has such a fast shutter speed. I forgot to reset it afterwards. No wonder I had high ISOs all night.

Winging It
Interesting that the woodpecker was visiting us round about the same time last year.
