Mount Tamalpais State Park

Off work for the July 4th holiday today, so we went up to Mount Tamalpas state park to enjoy the views and do a bit of walking. A late start and bad traffic meant we didn't do quite the hike we intended, but given the heat I think that's probably just as well.

We did drove up to the East Peak to get the view, but San Francisco and the Golden Gate were shrouded in fog so we didn't get to appreciate them. Still, we got a great view of much of the bay area the fog was quite spectacular in it's own way too.
