Here we go....

Headed to Belfast on the train and met a friend for lunch!  Then went to my consultant appointment.  I got good news - he is not concerned about the cyst on my pancreas and says in his opinion I can go back to Zambia!  Yay...

Then I headed to Castlewellan where  I was going to a retreat for the next few days in Castlewellan castle!  Its been a great day!
