Good Pride.

A bit of an eventful morning. Not long after I arrived in the gym, an older man stepped off the treadmill. and fell , face down on the floor. A few people went to his aid, as well as the trainers, and after checking him out, they sat him on a chair, and then he walked out, with help. I hope he will be alright. Cath & I went for coffee afterwards, and when it was time to leave it started raining. I did some shopping in town, and then went to the bus station to catch the 12 o'clock bus. I thought it was strange as there wasn't anyone waiting  so I thought I would go and ask if the bus had already gone, I asked the guy at the information desk, who is the most unhelpful man, ever, and he said that my bus pick up point had been moved to the opposite side of the bus station. It was a good job I asked, and as soon as I got on the bus it left. That was a close call. I arrived home just a few minutes before J, who had been to Llandow, in the car.
