Front garden

The last few years I've allowed the fron grass to grow for about 4 months from May, this is it today. So far no sign of orchids this year.
The usual sort of Thursday with Cafe and Health Walk, but I didn't go out again later - except to pick a lettuce for tea, the first one this year (and take this pic).
