Whuh?

I don't get this billboard. Would a male with ED look at that and be convinced that his next car should come from Morrie's? Would a female look at that and tell all her male friends with ED to get their new car from Morrie's? Does Morrie suffer with ED and this is his way to find out whether he's alone or not? I don't get it. It's weird.
