'Planet Melbourne'

A freezing cold start to the day again with zero degrees when I left home this morning, but it warmed up to a lovely day.

I went for a walk around Federation Square at lunchtime and looked at a bunch of new sculptures that have been scattered around the place. There were also some human ants laying out another installation with a whole bunch of young school kids watching. Lots of fun things happening today.

Found this great new app for my phone on the weekend and have been having a play around with it the last couple of days, so here you have the tiny version of planet Melbourne looking down along the Yarra River toward the MCG. The buildings are all of the rowing sheds along the bank of the river.
