Visitor

This is the latest in a succession of cats who have used the garden here as home. This one is calm and very patient; sat with an unmovable stare for some time, just occasionally squeezing his/her eyes closed. I'm fiercely allergic to cats in the house, but the feral cats around here are fascinating and often delightful.
Yesterday was a good day. We changed the big hire car with a strange rattle when I changed gear, for a more normal sized car with no strange noises. Played tennis against a nice couple in the afternoon. Had home-made pasta at the nice Italian place not far away. All good, so far.
