Sole

Friday night fish at Es Moli. Amazing tuna tartare and sole meunière.

It was a hell of a day here and there, with a lot of bags of washing to move and so many houses (and boats) to visit. Logistically taxing, but all my clients were so lovely and appreciative, it made the day fly by.

Anna and I are in Deia for a few days. Working a bit tomorrow but I have a book ready.
