Exciting new premises, loads of jobs

Waste into Well-being (including the People's Cafe) will be moving soon to our own new premises in the old sports hall attached to the old and beautiful United Reform Church in Kendal, which sadly is no longer used.  The hall has been gifted to us but has needed a lot of building work to transform it into a kitchen and cafe - now it's the turn of the volunteers to paint walls, ceilings, clean floors etc and collect donations of everything from cutlery to storage lockers and space for the food bank. It will look amazing when it's finished!
