Peonies tight bud

We had friends for supper/ dinner/ a meal.. whatever one says these days. New old friends as in I knew her 44 years ago in my home village church choir & guides.
Since then our lives have gone in very different directions but come full circle as she + her newly retired vicar husband chose to move here for a new start. Small world.
