Hands

This was Dumfries town centre earlier today; it is Guid Nychburris 2024 and we were waiting for the main events to happen at the Midsteeple.  I suppose it is a 20th century version of the Border common ridings and the main part I wanted to see were the horses coming up the High Street.  The rain almost held off but it is looking a bit threatening now and there is still another parade later on.
