Lego Man

I felt rather sorry for whoever was in this costume, they appeared to be unable to move anything but one arm, which they waved at passing children occasionally. I passed by several times and they hadn’t moved an inch. (I know there was someone in there because I saw a toyshop employee talking to them through the mouth orifice at one point).
