Coming in to land

I went back to see how the Osprey's are getting on today and caught the female just coming into land on a perch near the nest. She had picked a different perch to the one the male uses, but in just as good a position. The male was away somewhere and she was making little noises, presumably to keep reassuring the chicks. I haven't managed to see them yet, but might have heard them! It is another glorious day with the temperature up to 28 degees at 2.0 o'clock. This is great!
