Baywatch

This afternoon we had a lovely walk and chat with M. and C.
It was wonderful to see Pi., our granddaughter, again.
She is 3 1/2 weeks now and did great in the cafe.
We were at the "Große Woog" in Darmstadt. You have a nice view on the public bath. They rebuild this part in 1990 with historic plans from 1927. 
It is a listed building, but does not look very inviting.
The lifeguard in the middle had little to do. There were only two guests in this area. There were three others swimming in the pond itself. When Caspar noticed that someone jumped into the water, he was immediately on alert and watched the whole thing from under the table. Landseer were bred as water rescue dogs in the past and one of his sisters is doing the training in the Netherlands. In Germany, training to be a water rescue dog is almost non-existent
