Hen party today! Was SUCH a good day! Drove out to Aberfoyle to spend the morning on this water park, it was pretty cold initially, but SO worth it! It was actually quite a lot harder than it looks, once in the water it was really hard to pull yourself up onto some of the inflatables. We had the whole team working thing going on (by team working I mean Jenny hauling each of us onto the inflatables!), it was good fun! The iceberg took quite a lot of effort to get up, and was slightly terrifying at the top, but so much fun! Afterwards we went and got some lunch at the hotel opposite, which was nice, besides the slightly incompetent waiter who dropped half of our food on the floor... The afternoon involved mountain biking, and the sun made an appearance which was just lovely, and the scenery was spectacular! By the time we had finished we were all shattered and we all slept at some point on the journey (except Jenny...who was driving). After freshening up a bit (we were pretty smelly!) we had some food, then the 'maids had organised cake pop making for the evening, which was very messy but also very entertaining. We had a lot of fun (and a few injuries) with the popping candy! All in all I couldn't have wished for a more fun day, so mega thanks to the 'maids in particular, and the other girls who contributed to the laughs :)
