Vern

We drove down to Oakland for the celebration of life for our friend Vern, who passed in February at the incredibly young age of 51. My son Josh and I both spoke, never an easy thing to do. Josh did great, talking of their youth and baseball days. Vern squeezed every ounce into his 51 years. He visited over 90 countries, leading groups on his Big Life Adventures tour all over the world. He took them mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, SO many other adventures all over the world. Sad to leave such an adventurous soul behind so early, but what a life he lived.
