Plant fair

Met up with a couple of old work colleagues today to visit a plant fair in Selbourne. The heavens opened as we arrived so we rushed into the little cafe and had a coffee while we caught up with each others news. Once the clouds had moved on, we gradually walked around all the stalls from independent nurseries to see what they had to offer. I took one photo of a plant that I went back to buy later, plus I also got another couple of little ferns that should do well in my dry shady corner. Another heavy shower hit as we were walking around but we managed to shelter under one of the stall holders canopies, but we got really soaked waiting for our lift back home - it absolutely hammered it down and there wasn’t a lot of cover. A lovely day all round though, and lovely to see them both.
