Resting.....zzzz

A quick saunter round the garden to check out the wildlife. And I found a bumble bee resting on the petals of my Mock Orange shrub. Which for once it hasn't been plagued by black fly. I suspect due to the cold wet weather we've been experiencing. But that does mean not many ladybirds as they would predate the black fly.

Then we travelled over to Sandbach to meet up with friends we hadn't seen for 8 years. They emigrated to Perth in Australia quite a few years ago but do come back to catch up with family and friends.
