I like it when fellow bloggers recommend something they have watched, or red.

Booky recently commented that she read this book after it being on the shelves for ages. 

I have to say I am loving It 

No great story; but A life lived   in difficult circumstance.  I love books like this when I can be transported to 1930's America, and be cold and hungry all the while I'm sitting comfortably in the arm chair
