Camber Sands.
One from today (and there were a few taken!) A great Father's Day, different to say the least. Lunch at Tibbs Farm (can be found on Google) where a pulled pork and slaw was eaten overlooking fields of produce, mainly strawberries and gooseberries. Grandson and I collected a couple of punnets of strawberries. On to Camber Sands for a ride on his bike. (Yes he is OK and the plaster is still in position.) Mum ran with him. I last visited Camber Sands way back in the 70s, I think and it was breezy then. Still Kite surfers weren't heard of then, but they are now. Up and down this part of the beach there were dozens of them, so the breeze was useful to them. I can't remember there being rocks for protection, but you could walk a fair way out into the sea as it was shallow.
In case you're wondering swimming is on for tomorrow!
Now to see if I can Blip. It takes time to open your extras.
Taken on my phone. Left spare battery in the car. Told you about memory!!!
