Grand hotel?

This Hotel was once a beautiful hotel.
It was located in the middle of the city of Metz, even with a swimming pool, and also had beautiful facade drawings.
Across the street is a dilapidated shopping center and all this with an extension of the Moselle on the doorstep.
Now the spur is polluted, the hotel dilapidated and the swimming pool empty. I doubt whether it can still be filled. It must be as leaky as a sieve.
