LILY
Had a day at home today getting on with household chores including ironing, washing and hoovering. I also unpacked 3 rugs and an ottoman that I bought recently and put them in place.
Watched the footie on TV this evening. England V Serbia. It wasn't a great match but at least England won 1 - 0. One Newcastle player - Keiron Trippier - was playing and another - Anthony Gordon - was on the bench but didn't get a game.
Took my blip shot when I was in the garden replenishing the bird feeders. Lily wanted to chat. Ive had a few cats in the past - one was a Siamese and the rest were " moggies " but none of them were as noisy as the two Bengals I've got now. Tino and Lily are very vocal- if they are awake they want to tell me something, or complain about something. They are always curious and follow me around quite a lot of the time. Never a dull moment.
The weather was grey but dry for most of the day but we had rain later on.
Ive added an Extras collage of three photos of my Dad as its Fathers Day. The bottom photo was taken by me at the National Garden Festival when it came to Gateshead in 1990. Its probably one of the most recent photos I have of him. Dad passed away in 1995 at the age of 71. Still miss him.
