Who's Banksy?

Been stuck in a basement for 3 days not finding the inspiration to blip. On another fantastically sunny walk into town, I saw this new mural this halfway to completion. On the side of the old fruit market and Ingram Street Car park. I'm sure that Squirrel will have me nightmares tonight!
