Pal Helen and I took a sunny walk across the moor and into St Ives today. Can you spot the jay we spotted en route to Lady Bs and delicious grilled halloumi and roast veg salad? You might have to look in large.

My grandad Joe would have been out with his shovel for that free horse manure!
