Happy Father's Day

A 6-year-old child makes Father's Day more special. Ellie made beautiful cards for her Grandfathers. My husband and son feel very loved by Ellie. I thought a photo of the three was perfect for today. See extra.

My doctor did give me refills for my pain medication and muscle relaxer last Thursday but he reminded me that I need to cut back on them. I overdid it yesterday and suffered because of it so today I took the necessary medication to be comfortable. It is a balancing act and I know I will figure it out.
