Brow Peak …..

….. ….. ….. reflected in Lake Hayes.
This was just about the last of any sunshine today. It was nice this morning but then the weather man just got tired of trying.
I’d gone to the hospital mid morning for my wrist’s 2nd lot of physiotherapy. The Physio was pleased with my increased flexibility and agreed with me that I didn’t really need to try to use the splint she offered me. It would have just held my thumb immobile and it felt rigid when she strapped it on. I suspect that it was part of protocol to offer it and she wasn’t the least perturbed when I just wanted to continue as I had for the last week. I needed to try out new exercises after she’d done some amazing massaging. I preferred the latter!

I arrived back home to find that one of neighbours had had a suspected stroke and that the First Responders plus Ambulance were there to take her to hospital. We still don’t know how she is either, a few hours later. It’s been really worrying and unsettling.
