Had a video call with Matt in Canada as it was Father's Day.
Lazy day as I felt unwell due to very bad indigestion in the night. Fine by the evening
Had work this morning then tried to sync all Apple devices. Done
Contacted clinic te eyes as I couldn't do the online assessment, they will phone in the morning .
