Mono Monday...Something to Treasure/Special

People are special....The man who got down on his knees to tie up the shoelace on my trainer, was to me this morning.  I asked if he knew where there was a seat, so I could sit and do it myself..and that was the result. 
I didn't get a photo, so you have chocolate digestive biscuits. On the rare occasion that I eat something sweet, these are a special treat. I  was told this morning, my cholesterol was 4.2 That was special moment too :)
