On Wednesday took baby bro to football in the Mog which had a period of coughing and spluttering. So, today, stripped the carb and cleaned it all out. Not too bad apart from one small (2mm long) bit of copper wire… was that the problem? And how did it get there?

Ended up cleaning the K&N filter and replacing the paper element in the fuel filter/regulator. This was a bit tricky so, once I’d worked out how to do it, I went to write down the instructions on the service spreadsheet. Only to find that I’d written them down on some previous occasion!

Thursday was a rare lunchtime footie at work because the ceiling had fallen down at the hall where we play Thursday evening football . Only they repaired it earlier than expected so football was on again. So played twice.

On Friday, Luna and I took Frank the spaniel and Tom to Woburn fir a run in the woods.
