Poppy time

A couple of big events today.  Of course, big events are relative.
The first was a trip to the dump with loads of bags of garden stuff.  They are now on their way to be composted.  I had to make an online appointment and I didn't get as much attention as others but then I wasn't as pretty.
The second was to collect new spectacles from the optician.  The old ones did not survive the attention of grandsons.
Tomorrow is likely to be more exciting.
