Monday mixture

Set off to walk to Mum's (had arranged a few days ago to go to see her this morning) and passed this house which was crying out to be blipped.
When I got to Mum's I rang the doorbell three times and waited, waited, waited. Nobody answered. My brother's car was there so it seemed clear he was in.  I left and walked into town, had a little mooch there, just missed the bus home again but caught the next one.
I daresay Mum has forgotten I was going but the doorbell is very loud so I don't know how both of them couldn't hear it!
Washing dried outside again. The day began very cloudy and looked like it could rain but by the time I was getting the bus home from town it was very warm and sunny.
