A lovely present

My lovely cockerel was a present from my Step Uncle who carved it when he was about 90. I was really touched when he gave it to me. He is still going strong and enjoying life.
Today has been a day of nothing. After such a busy week I needed to have a day of doing nothing and that is exactly what I have done. That in itself is amazing as I am on the go most of the time. I usually go to the gym and then play table tennis on a Monday, but neither have happened. Hopefully tomorrow will be a more productive day. If I’m being truthful I have enjoyed doing nothing for a change.
