Egrets

Two seasons in one day 50 miles apart.

We woke to another 100% cloud day with added DRIZZLE!

Enough of this we gambled on a better day being 90 Minutes drive away.
Eventually it worked and not long after we arrived it felt like Summer at RSPB Burton Mere Wetlands ( at least by mid afternoon) 

Little Egret in focus with Great White Egret nearly in focus in the background ( I should have put my glasses on to check).  The bird hide is called the Border Hide - it’s just in England while the Egrets were in Wales :-)
