It's still looking a bit whiskery, but much better than it was. And there's quite a bit of potential food there. I did more tidying and sowed some seed (am quite bad at doing succesional stuff - radishes! Lettuce! Carrots!). Picked more strawberries. :-)

D arrived home quite early, due to the Belle making its last trip out a sail around rather than a landing of punters. We ate a very garlic-y Caesar salad and shared a bottle of wine. Got a random message from a dear old pal with the result that she's coming across to Edinburgh next week (since my DNA revelation, her name crops up in the more distant reaches of my family tree, so she may even prove to be a distant cousin!).
