Inedible apples
I’m glad you liked the baby quail in yesterday’s late blip.
Something I treasure is my small collection of apples. I keep them on a shelf in my mom’s secretary (another treasured item). They remind me of the wonderful times I had in the classroom. The last ten years of my career were spent teaching 4th graders (9-yr olds). All of the apples were gifts from them. Thanks to Pinkhairedlady for hosting Mono Monday this month.
Blanca was here today to clean. Afterward, I went out to lunch with her and her daughter. I was jealous of their burgers as I ate my soft tuna sandwich. Just a couple more days before I can eat a regular diet again.

You know that you’re having a bad day when your wife says “Good morning, Bill“ and your name is George.
