Cotswold Cycle and Posh BLT

Great day - very warm 27deg+

Went cycling with Ian and Chris - 80 miles (128) av 17.4 mph (27.9 k/h) - up a few hills

then lunch at marco pierre white's place - the Horse and Groom at Charlton.... for a posh BLT with complementary soup!
Pleased as was climbing well today - also pleased as the middle 38 miles was at average 20 mph (after the hills but before the built up areas and traffic).


Back through the very picturesque Cotswolds
TE 3.2, 2 pints lots of sweat!
