Gnomie

A lot of thought went into his name - well, maybe not! A late garden gnome blip in silk painting mode today - tried cartoon mode on my camera but it was awful! He does a fairly good job of cutting the lawn with his little mower - or at least he thinks he does.... He was purchased at the Gnome Reserve in Devon - when Paul was four years old and had a wonderful time there, but wouldn't wear a gnome hat - unco-operative child! Stuart and I both wore one. It's run by a wonderfully kind lady who is very elderly now and if you've never been there - do go!

Anyway....quite a busy indoor day today washing, cooking, bit of cleaning etc. Terribly exciting! But I did sit in the garden with my Kindle Fire and ponder about whether I might enjoy a cruise in the Med next year. No harm in pondering and looking at nice pictures!

Mind you, who needs the Med with weather like this?!! And it meant there was no pondering about whether the washing would dry or not...!
