Gesture

In town this morning after a beach walk with the Hairy Queen. 
Called into a nice little exhibition upstairs in O'Donovan's hotel. Called The Company of Trees it was an intergenerational piece of work which involved 6th class in Kilmeen school (11/12 year olds) and elders from the local community running from 2018, through the Covid epidemic and out the other side, finishing this year. 
It involved a lot of creative work with wood, paintings, drawings, film, masks which were used in the Samhain festival and more. My extra is of a beautiful harp made by two local instrument makers in conjunction with the project.
