Poppies and other wildflowers.

PERI PERI LEMON CHICKEN
Sweet potato, butternut squash, yellow and orange peppers, yellow and orange tomatoes, onion and thick slices of lemon cooked on the hob. Chicken breast cut into chunks and added to the pan.  Add salt, pepper and peri peri sauce and stir occasionally until all cooked through.
(I liked the look of all yellow/orange veggies - but any colour will be equally good.)  Low fat, low calorie dinner.
