It’s good to see other folk working away. I’d say working hard but not sure that was the case! This must be a new gas pipe after a major gas leak caused this road to be shut about a month ago. A weird part of the work has been the duct taping of half a mile of kerbs and pavement manholes (example in the extra) and I have absolutely no idea why.
Anyway, I was wandering that way to get to the hospital for my annual check up. Seems I’m fine. I’m as surprised as anyone.
