Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin with smoked paprika and honey glaze, sweet potatoe and orange juice purée, and roasted radishes and potatoes.

After finishing a flight of locks at Grindley Brook, we stopped for lunch at a pub called the Horse and Jockey. Their menu was rather more fancy and eclectic than I expected from a pub. The food was excellent. Aside from lunch, today was spent entirely on the boat (except for brief disembarkations to work locks and lift bridges). The scenery was gorgeous, and some of the bridges are right out of fairytale England. We ended the day moored by the town of Ellesmere (which we might explore a bit on the morning).
