yessss!

i feel like such a winner! managed to get my stoopid head round going out for my first run in months - and it felt brilliaaaaaant! haha! so i have to start from scratch but if one has her eye on the dalbeattie half marathon next summer, one has to get her arse out running! and what a lovely sunny evening to enjoy with a little bit of exercise :-)
