Leamington Style

We had a camera club outing to Jephson Gardens in Leamington this evening.  Just outside the gardens are some of Leamington's finest buildings.  This one is relatively recent, and sits on the site of an old house which was sold to the developers by the lady who now lives in the top floor apartment, overlooking the gardens and with a space in the basement car park.

I quite like it - although I doubt I could afford it :-)
