Interloper 2

After yesterday’s visitor, today I found something else that should not be present in the garden.

Clearly some seed has been dropped and taken root. Not enough to make a tiny bread roll. So ‘ear today; gone tomorrow?

I do like the structure of the wheat spike.

Elsewhere there was different structure as a meeting of Presbytery ground through the process to produce a decision that confirmed the union of our three churches.

Now we have to prove we can make it work. It’s the “yeast” we can do to grind through the mill of procedure, using our loaf to give rise to a batch of results that mean we are not toast and can earn our bread.

It was also a pleasure this morning to meet the minister from Georgia USA who will be with us for the next 3 weeks on a pulpit swap. Now, what puns can I get from that? Or should that be, what buns can I get from that?
